Not every form is meant for clients—some forms are designed solely for internal use by your practice, like staff notes or administrative checklists. That’s where Zentake’s Internal Forms feature comes in.
With Internal Forms, you can complete and manage these forms directly from your Zentake dashboard, without the need to send them to clients. This streamlined approach keeps your workflow efficient and ensures all internal documentation stays organized in one place.
How to Use Internal Forms
- Assign form as an Internal Forms:
- Navigate to the Forms tab in your Zentake dashboard.
Locate the Form that you want use as an "Internal Form" Toggle "Internal Form" on.
Completing an Internal Form:
- Navigate to your dashoboard
- Click "Start Internal Form"
- Fill out the form fields just as you would for any client-facing form.
- Save or submit the form to securely store it within the system.
