How to Use the "Internal Forms" Feature

Internal Forms: Simplify Your Practice’s Internal Processes

Not all forms are intended for clients, and sometimes it’s more practical to complete a form on their behalf. Some forms, such as staff notes or administrative checklists, are designed exclusively for internal use within your practice. That’s where Zentake’s Internal Form feature shines.

With Internal Forms, you can easily complete and manage these documents directly from your Zentake dashboard—no need to send them to clients. This efficient solution keeps your workflow seamless and ensures all internal documentation remains well-organized in one central location.

How to Use Internal Note

Convert a form to an Internal Form:

    • Navigate to the Forms tab in your Zentake dashboard.
