Integration Values for Choice Questions.

We added some flexibility on what information integrates into Elation with our Choice Questions!

This feature applies to these question types.

• Single Choice
• Multiple Choice
• Drop Down

Here is how it works:

1. In the form builder when you create a "Choice" question you will see an expand icon.

2. Once clicking the expand icon you will see an additional field called "Integration Value" for each choice. (By default it is the same as the corresponding choice). If you want something different to integrate into Elation you will update the Integration Value.
   1. Choices - Is what the patient sees
   2. Integration Value - Is what integrates into Elation

Here are a couple example how to use this feature.

• Different Languages, (Example above, Elation will not accept Spanish choices)
• Adding a patient tag in Elation. (Integration Value will be the Tag)
• Creating a chart in Elation (Selecting the correct provider with the Elation Provider ID)
