Elation - Integrate Data to Visit Notes
Introduction
This article explains how to set up Zentake to automatically sync visit-related data into Elation’s visit notes.
Steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the form you are wanting to integrate.
Step 2: Choose the question you want to integrate.
Step 3: In the tool bar to left expand the Elation Settings Section
Step 4: Under Elation Settings you will see a Category field. There are multiple categories depending on what Visit Note you plan to use. The following are the different Visit Notes you can use.
- Simple Note
- SOAP Note
- Complete H&P Note (1 column)
- Complete H&P Note (2 column)
- Complete H&P Note (2 col-A/P)
Step 5: After selecting the category, you can choose the specific endpoint or field where you want the question's data to be sent.
Step 6: Add a Label. A label is used to add context to the answer if needed
Example: If you ask the question, "Do you have a history of any chronic illnesses?" and the patient answers "Yes," Elation will only display "Yes." However, if you add the label "Chronic Illnesses:", it will display as "Chronic Illnesses: Yes."
Step 7: Connect any other questions you want to integrate into Elation and save the form.
Now any time the form is submitted the integration will automatically trigger. A new visit note will be created and the data will be placed in the newly created visit note.
