Elation - Integrate Data to the Clinical Profile

Introduction

Syncing clinical data such as medical history, allergies, and medications from Zentake directly into a patient’s Elation clinical profile is straightforward. This guide will show you how.

Steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the form you are wanting to integrate.

Step 2: Choose the question you want to integrate.

Step 3: In the tool bar to left expand the Elation Settings Section

Step 4: Under Elation Settings you will see a Category field. Select History (clinical profile).

Step 5: After selecting History (clinical profile)., you can choose the specific endpoint or field where you want the question's data to be sent.

Step 6: Add a Label. A label is used to add context to the answer if needed.

Example: If you ask the question, "When was you last Dexa Scan?" and the patient answers "12/20/2023" Elation will only display "12/20/2023" However, if you add the label "Last Dexa:", it will display as "Last Dexa: 12/20/2023"

Step 7: Connect any other questions you want to integrate into Elation and Save the form.

Now any time the form is submitted the integration will automatically trigger. All data will be added to the clinical profile. (no existing data will be removed)
