Customize the SMS or email message for a specific form or packet.

How to Customize the Message:

1. Navigate to the Form or Packet Settings:

   Go to the specific form or packet you wish to customize the message for.

2. Select the "Custom Email and SMS invitation

• Activate the custom invite for the specific form or packet.

1. Edit the Message:

   Use the text editor to personalize your message. You can include specific details related to the form or packet, such as instructions etc.

2. Save Your Changes:

   Once you’ve customized the message, save your changes. The personalized message will be sent to the patient whenever that form or packet is sent.
