How to Customize Form or Packet-Specific Messages in Zentake
While the global email message settings apply to all client communications, Zentake allows you to create customized messages for individual forms or packets. This feature is particularly useful when you need to provide specific instructions or context for different forms and assessments.
Customizing Messages for Individual Forms or Packets
Step 1: Access Form or Packet Settings
Navigate to the specific form or packet you wish to customize. Locate and open the settings for that particular item in your Zentake dashboard.
Step 2: Enable Custom Messaging
Find and select the Custom Email and SMS invitation option. This activates the custom messaging feature specifically for this form or packet.
Step 3: Create Your Customized Message
Use the text editor to craft your personalized message.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
Once you're satisfied with your customized message, click the Save button to apply your changes. Your personalized message will now be sent whenever this specific form or packet is assigned to a client.
