Athena Fields that require specific selections to integrate

Integration fields that require specific answers for an Athena integration to work properly.

The following Integration fields required specific choices setup in your Zentake forms in order for them to integrate successfully. You will want to use either a Dropdown or Single Choice field type for the integration to work properly.

(They will not integrate if they are different from the selections below)
