Key Integration Categories
Zentake integrates with Elation across several categories, each designed to keep patient information consistent and accessible. Here’s an overview of the integration points:

Patient Details
Sync all patient demographic, emergency contact, guardian, and guarantor
- For Zentake to successfully match or create a patient record in Athena, the form or packet must include mapped fields for the patient's First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and at least one of the following identifiers:
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- ZIP Code
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- Alternatively, if the Athena Patient ID has already been synced between Zentake and Athena, these matching fields are not required, as Zentake can use the existing Patient ID to identify the patient record in Athena.
- For Zentake to successfully match or create a patient record in Athena, the form or packet must include mapped fields for the patient's First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and at least one of the following identifiers:
