Using QR Codes to Share Your Zentake Forms

Zentake makes it easy to share any form or packet instantly with a built-in QR code. Each item you create automatically generates its own unique QR code that patients or clients can scan with their phone to open the public link.

This offers a fast, contactless way for people to access forms or packets in-office, on signage, at events, or anywhere else you need quick access. All Zentake QR codes are fully screen-reader accessible.

How to Access the QR Code

1. Open Forms or Packets in your Zentake dashboard.
2. Click the Public URL button.

3. Select the QR Code button to expand and view the auto-generated QR code.

4. Copy or Download the QR Code

Your device will copy a 300×300 PNG version of the QR code to your clipboard, ready to paste into documents, emails, signage, and more.
