Favoriting Forms & Packets

Quick access to your most-used forms—exactly where you need them.

Favoriting forms and packets lets you pin your most commonly used items to the top of your lists. This makes sending forms faster and keeps in-office tablet workflows smooth and clutter-free.

What Does Favoriting Do?

When you favorite a form or packet, Zentake automatically:

• ⭐ Moves it to the top of the Send dropdown
• 📱 Pins it to the top of the Tablet Mode list
• ⏱️ Reduces scrolling and search time
• ✅ Keeps your most-used forms instantly accessible

How to Favorite a Form or Packet

1. Go to Forms or Packets in your Zentake dashboard
2. Locate the form or packet you want to favorite
3. Click the star (⭐) icon next to its name
4. The star will highlight, indicating it’s now favorited

Where Favorited Items Appear

1. Favorited forms and packets appear at the very top of the dropdown when sending a Form or Packet.
2. In Tablet Mode, favorited forms and packets appear At the top of the list on the tablet screen

Best Practices

• ⭐ Favorite only your most commonly used forms to keep lists clean
• 🧹 Unfavorite outdated or seasonal forms as workflows change
• 📋 Use favoriting for default intake packets in multi-location offices

Removing a Favorite

To remove a form or packet from favorites:

1. Click the highlighted star (⭐) again
2. The item will return to its normal position in the list
