Customize the look and feel of your Zentake forms by updating the design settings. Form styling is managed globally, meaning changes will apply across all forms and packets in your account.

Update Form Design Settings

Follow these steps to style your Zentake forms:

1. Navigate to Forms.
2. Click on a form you would like to customize.
3. Select Design.
4. Update the available design settings to match your branding and preferences.
5. Save your changes.

Global Design Settings

The Design settings are global across your Zentake account. Any changes made will automatically update the appearance of all forms and packets.

Before making design changes, consider how they will impact existing forms that are currently being used by patients or staff.
