Setup Kiosk Mode

Kiosk Mode allows you to display a single form or packet on a shared device, such as a tablet or front desk kiosk. After each patient completes their intake, the kiosk automatically returns to the start the form or packet, making it ready for the next patient.

How to Set Up Kiosk Mode

1. Navigate to Settings from the main menu.
2. Select the Tablets tab
3. Click Launch Kiosk Mode
4. Select the Form or Packet you want patients to complete.
5. Click Launch.

The kiosk will continuously cycle through the selected form or packet. Once a submission is completed, it will automatically return to the starting screen for the next patient.

When to Use Kiosk Mode

Kiosk Mode is ideal for:

• Front desk patient check-in
• Waiting room tablets
• Self-service patient registration.

Tips

• Only the selected form or packet will be available while Kiosk Mode is active.
• To switch to a different form or packet, exit Kiosk Mode and start it again with a new selection.
• Use a dedicated tablet or kiosk device for the best patient experience.
