How to Add Video Questions to Zentake Forms

Video Questions let you add videos directly to your Zentake forms. Use them to provide instructions, explain a process, introduce a provider, or give clients important information before they continue with the form.

Add a Video Question

1. Open the form you want to edit.
2. Click Add Question.
3. Select Video.
4. Add your video.
5. Configure the video settings.
6. Save the form.
