Setup your Tablets
Every office has different work flows for different forms. Some of the time it is better for a form the be completed in the office from a tablet.
*Any IOS or Android Tablet will work - we suggest to AVOID Amazon Fire Tablets.
There are 2 different modes for in office forms. "Tablet Mode" and "Kiosk Mode."
Tablet Mode
Tablet Mode gives your team more flexibility when collecting information from clients. In this mode, a staff member controls the tablet and begins by selecting the specific forms that need to be completed for each client. Once the appropriate forms are chosen, the tablet is handed to the client to fill out and sign directly on the device.

Kiosk Mode
Kiosk Mode is ideal for creating a self-service check-in station that doesn’t require staff supervision. In this mode, you can assign a single form or packet to the kiosk. Once a client completes the form, the session automatically resets—returning to the start screen and ready for the next client—making it a seamless, hands-free option for your front desk.
