Setting up Kiosk Mode

Kiosk mode is an “in-office” modality where you can set up a free standing kiosk in the office for clients to complete a pre-set form or packet without any assistance from staff. A client will enter their first name, last name and date of birth and begin! Once the client submits the kiosk is automatically ready to the next client.

Setting up your self-serve kiosk.

To begin, first turn off your tablets "auto fill" settings.

Forms

  1. Navigate to the "Forms".
  2. On the right side you will see the Kiosk Mode Icon. 
  3. Once you click it, Kiosk Mode will automatically initiate. 

Packets

For a packet, once it is created you will see "Kiosk" at the bottom.

  1. Navigate to the "Packets".
  2. Click the packet you want on your Kiosk or create a packet.
  3. At the bottom of the packet you will see a Kiosk button to click.
  4. Once you click it, Kiosk Mode will automatically initiate.

Once you have enter Kiosk Mode this is what you should see.

Your kiosk is ready to go!
