Setting Up Email Notifications for Completed Forms
You can set up email notifications globally for all forms or customize them for specific forms or packets. Follow the steps below to ensure you get notified when a patient completes their forms.
Global Email Notifications
- Log in to your account.
- Click on Settings in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Locate the Notifications section.
- Select the user emails that should receive an email notifications for completed forms and packets.
Form/Packet-Specific Notifications
- Go to the specific form or packet for which you want to set up notifications.
- Open the Settings for that form or packet.
- Open the Notifications tab
- Assign the (users) email addresses to receive form complete notifications for the specific form or packet.
Keep in mind that Form-Specific Notifications will override Global Notifications for the particular form or packet.
