Conditional Logic

Conditional logic simplifies your forms for your clients by hiding all irrelevant questions and showing questions and information relevant to them depending on previous answers.

Showing and hiding questions

Some questions on your form may require additional information, but you’d rather not overwhelm people with extra fields that they don’t need to complete. With conditional logic, you can automatically show and hide fields or sections depending on what people select. 

To show and hide questions:

Select the question you want to show and hide, 

 In the question settings find the  Show this question and select the When option.

• When - Question will only display when specific conditions are met. After selecting this option, the Conditional Logic Builder will display allowing you to select when the question should be displayed
• Always - Question is always shown

In the conditional logic modal, specify the conditions that will trigger the field to appear
