Transfer Account Ownership
Assigning a New Owner
The Owner of an account can access everything including billing and can cancel the account. This is the person who created the account and this role cannot be removed or edited, but it can be transferred to another team member.
If you are the Owner of a multi-user account, you can transfer the ownership to someone else by sending an email to support@zentake.com with the email you are wanting to transfer ownership status to.
