Edit the SMS message invitation sent to clients

Customizes the SMS message for every form or packet sent.

These are the steps to edit the SMS message sent to clients.

  1. Navigate to Settings. 
  2. On the Settings tab you will see a "Text Message" 
  3. Change the message to what you are wanting it to say and press "Preview" to see how it will look to your clients.
  4. Once you are finished press "Save" at the bottom of the page.

Custom Message Per Form or Packet

Customizes the SMS message for a specific form or packet.


  1. Navigate to the form or packet page.
  2. Click the dropdown arrow to the right to access settings.
  3. Toggle "Use a custom invite for this packet"
  4. ›Change the message to what you are wanting it to say and press "Preview" to see how it will look to your clients.
  5. Once you are finished press "Save" at the bottom of the page.
