Why are my forms downloading as a zip file?

Forms and Packets will be downloaded as a Zip file for two reasons.

1. Your Packet download format under setting is set to "Download as separate PDF's in a folder".

2. If a file/image has been uploaded to the form or any form in a packet. 

When you open the zip file you will see the forms' PDF as well as all the files/images that were uploaded.
