Disable Forms and Packets

If you wish to keep an intake form or packet within your system but prefer to exclude it from appearing in the sending dropdown areas while sending forms to clients, you can conveniently disable it in Zentake.

To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to "Forms" or "Packets" depending on what you are wanting to disable.
2. Find the one you're looking to disable, click the "dropdown arrow" to the far right. select "Disable" in the menu, then click "Yes" in the prompt to confirm.
3. That specific form template will now be disabled, it appears lighter in the list with an "Disabled" tag to signal it's deactivation status.

Note:

1. Any pending forms already sent to clients will not be accessible by the client after a form has been disabled .(the will not be able to finish them.)
2. Disabling a form will remove the form from the packet(s) it is associated with.
