Configure PDF Filing for Elation
Follow these steps to automatically file a PDF copy of your completed form into the appropriate report type in Elation.
- Navigate to Forms.
- Select the form you are wanting to integrate with Elation.

Click the form title to open its settings.
- Under the Form Name section on the left, locate the Elation Report Type dropdown.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Once configured, a PDF of each completed submission will automatically be filed under the selected report type in the patient's Elation chart.
