- Step 1: Log in to your Zentake dashboard.
- Step 2: Under the "Pending Items" section, locate the form with the incomplete submission.
- Step 3: Click the arrow to the right of the form to open the options.
- Step 4: Choose to send a reminder via text or email.
This allows you to follow up on specific incomplete forms whenever needed.

If you'd rather automate the process, Zentake has a simple setup to automatically remind users when forms remain incomplete:
- Step 1: Navigate to the Settings section of your Zentake dashboard.
