Send Forms Automatically with Elation

Zentake allows you to send forms automatically based around appointment dates scheduled in your Elation calendar. This is done with the "Automations" Feature.

How to setup sending Zentake forms when Scheduling In Elation.

1. Navigate to "Automations" under Settings (top right).

3. Click "Add Automation"

4. Name your automation. (this can be anything you want to describe what is being sent)

5. Select whether you plan to send a form or packet.

6. Select what will trigger sending the Packet to your patient.

7. Chose the appointment types you want to associate with the automation.

8. Decide when the Form(s) should send in relation the the appointment date.
   1. "Immediately Upon Scheduling" will send Immediately upon scheduling the appointment.
   2. "Immediately Upon Checkout" this is usually used for post appointment surveys
   3. You can also send a specific # of days before the appointment date.

9. Click "Create!"
