How does the Public URL feature work?

This link can then be added to a website or shared with clients or individuals who need to fill out the form.

When a client clicks on the Public URL link they will be direct to a verification page.

On this page, patients are required to input their name and date of birth. Once this information is provided, they can proceed to complete their forms.

The purpose of this process is to ensure that all forms or packets submitted by a patient are organized and grouped under their respective name.
