Auto-Sign-Off (Elation Integration)

If you're integrated with Elation Health, you can enable Auto-Sign-Off so forms sent from Zentake are automatically signed and saved under a designated provider — eliminating the need for manual sign-off inside Elation.


Step 1: Request Access from Elation

Before enabling the feature in Zentake, you must first request Auto-Sign-Off permissions directly from Elation.

Email: integrations@elationhealth.com

Ask them to enable Auto-Sign-Off permissions for Zentake on your account.

Wait for confirmation from Elation before proceeding.


Step 2: Enable Auto-Sign-Off in Zentake

Once Elation confirms permissions are active:

  1. Log in to your Zentake account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Integrations
  4. Click Elation Integration Settings
  5. Toggle Auto-Sign-Off to On
  6. Choose the provider who will be assigned to signed and saved forms
  7. Save your changes



Step 3: Enable Auto-Sign-Off Per Form

Auto-Sign-Off must be turned on for each form individually.

To enable it for a specific form:

  1. Go to Forms
  2. Open the form you want to configure
  3. Navigate under Form Name
  4. Toggle Auto-Sign-Off to On
  5. Save the form

Only forms with this setting enabled will be automatically signed in Elation.


How It Works

After setup:

  • Forms sent to Elation will automatically be signed
  • No manual provider review step is required inside Elation

Important Notes

  • Elation must enable permissions first — the toggle will not function without this step.
  • Auto-Sign-Off applies to future submissions only.
  • You can update the assigned provider at any time in the integration settings.
