How to Enable Auto Sign-Off for Zentake Forms in ElationEMR

ElationEMR requires providers to manually sign off on documents uploaded into Elation reports. This can become time-consuming for providers handling multiple forms uploaded through Zentake. Fortunately, Zentake offers a solution to enable Auto Sign-Off for integrated forms.

Follow these steps to set it up:


Step 1: Request Auto-Sign Off Permissions from Elation

  1. Contact Elation support.
  2. Request them to "give Zentake Auto-Sign Off permissions" for your account.

Step 2: Wait for Elation’s Confirmation

  • Elation will notify you once the Auto-Sign Off permissions are activated for your account.

Step 3: Notify Zentake

  1. After receiving confirmation from Elation, contact Zentake support.
  2. Zentake will verify the activation and enable the "Auto Sign-Off" toggle for your account.

Step 4: Enable Auto Sign-Off for Specific Forms

  1. Log into your Zentake dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the form you want to enable Auto Sign-Off for.
  3. Toggle the Auto Sign-Off option to "On."
