Create a Document

Zentake offers Documents.

The Documents feature lets you turn an existing PDF into a fillable, signable document.


The main benefit of Documents is that they let you keep the exact layout and design of your existing PDF.


How to Create a Document

  1. Go to Forms
  2. Click Create Form
  3. Click Create a Document
  4. Upload your PDF
  5. Drag and drop fields where needed
  6. Add signature fields
  7. Click Save

Linking a Date Field to a Signature

You can automatically fill a date field when a signature is completed by linking the date field to a signature field.

  1. Add a Date field to the document
  2. Click the Date field to open its settings
  3. Turn on Link to Signature
  4. Select the signature field you want to connect it to

When the signer completes that signature, the linked date field will automatically populate with the signing date.
