Create a Document
Zentake offers Documents.
The Documents feature lets you turn an existing PDF into a fillable, signable document.
The main benefit of Documents is that they let you keep the exact layout and design of your existing PDF.
How to Create a Document
- Go to Forms
- Click Create Form
- Click Create a Document
- Upload your PDF
- Drag and drop fields where needed
- Add signature fields
- Click Save

Linking a Date Field to a Signature
You can automatically fill a date field when a signature is completed by linking the date field to a signature field.
How to Link a Date to a Signature
- Add a Date field to the document
- Click the Date field to open its settings
- Turn on Link to Signature
- Select the signature field you want to connect it to
When the signer completes that signature, the linked date field will automatically populate with the signing date.
