How to use the Handout Question
What are handouts?
Handouts are documents crafted to provide patients with essential information, instructions, or educational content.
The Handouts Field enables practices to include informative documents with their intake forms.
This functionality allows patients to view and/or download the handouts directly while completing their forms, enhancing their understanding and engagement with their care.
For the practice, this streamlines the patient education process and ensures that important information is readily accessible, improving both efficiency and patient satisfaction.
How it works
- As you are creating your forms. Under "Advanced Fields" Add a Handout question to your form.
- Upload your hand out where it says "PDF File"
- Choose if you want the handout to be required to be Viewed and/or Downloaded by your patient.
- Save your form
