Elation - Integrate Signed Forms and PDFs

Introduction

In this article, you'll learn how to automatically sync Signed Forms and PDF's of completed forms and documents directly into a patient's chart.

Steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the form you are wanting to integrate.

Step 2: Select the title of the form.

Step 3: In the tool bar to left select the report type you want the form to flow into. (the list of report types is provided by Elation)

Step 7:  Save the form.

Now any time the form is submitted the integration will automatically trigger. All the form will be converted to a PDF and save into the patients chart.

Auto Sign Off: - As the provider if you prefer to not sign off each form that integrates read this article.
