How to customize the email message sent to clients
These are the steps to edit the email sent to clients.
- Navigate to Settings.
- On the Settings tab you will see a "Email Message"
- Change the message to what you are wanting it to say and press "Preview" to see how it will look to your clients.
- Once you are finished press "Save" at the bottom of the page.
Custom Message Per Form or Packet
Customizes the Email message for a specific form or packet.
- Navigate to the form or packet page.
- Click the dropdown arrow to the right to access settings.
- Toggle "Use a custom invite for this packet"
- ›Change the message to what you are wanting it to say and press "Preview" to see how it will look to your clients.
- Once you are finished press "Save" at the bottom of the page.
