How to customize the sms or email message sent to clients

These are the steps to edit the email sent to clients.

  1. Navigate to Settings. 
  2. On the Settings tab you will see a "Email Message" 
  3. Change the message to what you are wanting it to say and press "Preview" to see how it will look to your clients.
  4. Once you are finished press "Save" at the bottom of the page.


Customize the SMS or email message for a specific form or packet.

  1. Click the dropdown arrow to the right to access settings.
  2. Toggle "Use a custom invite for this packet"
  3. ›Change the message to what you are wanting it to say and press "Preview" to see how it will look to your clients.
  4. Once you are finished press "Save" at the bottom of the page.
