How to customize the sms or email message sent to clients


You can customize the message clients receive when they're invited to complete forms or assessments. Follow the steps below to adjust the wording to match your practice’s voice and instructions.


1. Open Your Settings

From your Zentake dashboard, go to Settings.

2. Find the Email/Text Message Fields

In the Settings area, look for the Global Invite section. These fields contain the default email and text message templates that are sent to clients.

3. Update the Message

Edit the text to match what you want clients to see. You can add a greeting, instructions, or any other details you want included in the invitation.

4. Preview the Email

Select Preview to see how the message will look when delivered to clients. This helps confirm layout, formatting, and content.

5. Save Your Changes

When everything looks correct, click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your updated message.
