How to Edit the Client Email Message in Zentake
When inviting clients to complete forms or assessments through Zentake, you can personalize the email message they receive. This guide explains how to customize this email to better represent your practice.
Editing Your Client Email Message
Step 1: Navigate to the Settings section of your Zentake dashboard.
Step 2: Locate the Email or Text Message Field
In the Settings tab, find the Message sections. This contains the default text that will be sent to your clients.
Step 3: Customize Your Message
Edit the text to include your preferred greeting, instructions, or other information you want to share with clients.
Step 4: Preview Your Changes
Click the Preview button to see exactly how your email will appear to clients. This allows you to check formatting and overall appearance before finalizing.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
Once you're satisfied with your customized message, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
