Download Packets as a Single PDF

You can change the way Packet's are downloaded as a PDF under your General Settings. 

Download as Separate PDFs in a Folder

Each form in the packet will be saved as its own individual PDF.

Example: If the packet contains 5 forms, the downloaded ZIP file will include 5 separate PDFs—one for each form.

Download as One PDF

All forms in the packet will be combined into a single PDF.

Example: If the packet contains 5 forms, the downloaded file will be one PDF that includes all 5 forms.

Important Notes

• Forms and Documents are never combined together.
  • Zentake forms can be combined into a single PDF (based on your setting).
  • Fillable Documents added to a packet will always download as separate PDFs.

If a packet contains both Forms and Documents:

• The download will be a Folder, regardless of the selected PDF setting.
• Forms will follow your selected PDF setting (combined or separate).
• Documents will remain individual PDF files.

If any files were uploaded through a file upload question in a form

• The download will be a Folder, regardless of the selected PDF setting.
• Uploaded files and images are always included as separate files.
