Integrating Zentake Data with Elation Overview

Introduction

In this article, we'll walk you through the various ways Zentake integrates with Elation to streamline patient data management. Whether it's syncing patient details, PDFs, clinical profile data, or visit notes, Zentake automates data transfer, saving time and reducing manual entry errors.


Key Information to Know:

  • Syncing Patients: Once Zentake is synced with Elation, all existing patients in Elation will automatically be created in Zentake.
  • Patient Chart Management: Depending on your workflow, Zentake can either create new patient charts or update existing ones.
  • Automated Form Sending: Forms and packets can be sent automatically when scheduling appointments in Elation. (For more details, see our Automations Article
